Elul initiates a very special period of introspection and self-analysis, two cardinal aspects of Mussar practice. Beginning on Rosh Hodesh Elul, August 22, TMI will provide a free, daily Mussar study and practice program.
The five-week program embodies five topics around the themes of Elul and the Yomim Noraim – Days of Awe. Each week starts with a short video introducing the theme of the week and the weekly practice (one new practice each week).
Each day during the week (except Shabbat), we will send an email with a short teaching/quote on the week's theme, a question that the teaching provokes, and a link to the video and the practice for the week.
Please support the work of The Mussar Institute. A donation of $236 will allow you to sponsor a day in memory of a loved one. If you would like to do so, please contact Steven Kraus firstname.lastname@example.org
